Design your teaching with digital tools - efficient ICT in everyday practice

ICT in education involves the use of technology such as computers, tablets, bots and other devices but also smartphones and interactive whiteboards. You can also include specific pedagogical software such as educational sites and games, applications to do robotics and programming as well as digital learning tools and all other educational applications that can be found for the devices above and on the Internet.

The aim of our course is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to choose tools according to your specific needs and purposes. How to use digital tools in an innovative pedagogical way to simplify and improve your teaching.

  • Digital learning for primary school - iPad applications

  • Robotics and programming - best practice examples - also for young children

  • Creating and working in a digital environment - implement flipped- and digital classrooms in your teaching

  • Using digital tools for an interactive and inspiring learning experience

  • Enhancing your language teaching with tools for active online communication

  • Creating and enhancing your international network of partners for EU projects and exchanges using social media, digital platforms and applications

  • Presentation of helpful tools for Special Needs Education and remedial teaching.

    The course includes an introduction to Systems theory in practice as well as an organized study visit in one of our Fridaskolorna schools, pre-schools, compulsory schools or upper secondary school, all according to the participant's specific interests in topics, teaching subjects and age groups.

Course fee: 350 euro for a 5 day course including tuition and course materials. This is covered entirely by the Erasmus+ KA1 course fee grant of 70 euro per day.

Organisational cost: 50 euro per participant including course administration, daily monitoring and support throughout the course, assessment and attendance certificate. This is covered entirely by the Erasmus+ KA1 organisational support of 350 euro per participant.

We also provide a Comfort package: 160 euro per participant including return airport transfer from Gothenburg airport, lunch Monday-Friday, coffee breaks as well as a local cultural excursion.

Participants will get help concerning logistics and arrangements for your accommodation.

 Cultural activities and Excursion possibilities in the Vänersborg area as well as in Gothenburg.
